Black and emerald necklace SOLD

This fabulous necklace was made and donated by Rhonda Hushka in America.

The necklace base is hand-woven from black and emerald-green cubed-shaped japanese seed beads.

The centre piece of the necklace is a rectangular-shaped dichroic glass bead of various colours, which glow and shine brilliantly when cast under light.

Dichroic glass has wonderful qualities of light, the colours are just gorgeous and its really hard to capture them adequately in photos.

There is a clasp at the back made from 2 gold cones and an apple-shaped toggle clasp.

The necklace measures 21 inches/53cm in length and the central bead is 1 inch/21.5cm by 2 inches/5cm.

  3. Well I tried to get others to come bid on this but I guess it did not work since it is already past 9AM New York time.

Which I wish that you could start changing the time to 9AM Los Angeles time or at least to 9PM New York time. It is harder for those of us on the west coast to get in on the bid if the time is over while we are still sleeping.

    God bless.

Mrsu, thanks for your efforts on our behalf. Certainly we can try ending auctions at 9PM New York Time - thats no problem. We ask for feedback and suggestions and will try this one. (though of course people can bid at any time and don't need to wait till the auction is close to ending)
