Conversation pincushion - SOLD

This donation has been sent to us by Susan Sanford of ArtSparker, an illustrator and sculptor who also sells T-shirts and other art on Redbubble.

She says that it is "potentially a pincushion, though it could also be just for looking at".

Its certainly well worth looking at and whether or not its a pincushion, it is a work of art.

It has a foot or stand made of wire twisted into an "S" shape and wound with green and brown yarn finished with a blue wooden bead on each end. The body is made of purple and teal felt and bound around the neck with a piece of pink grosgrain ribbon with pompoms attached. The "pincushion" is made of vintage black fabric decorated with white flower outlines with orange centres and finished with a tassel on top.

The height is about six inches and the stand is about eight inches across.
