Knitting yarn - terracotta cotton - SOLD

This auction is for a pack of 500 grammes of knitting yarn.

We thought from the start that made4aid could sell supplies for art and craft work, as well as finished items - and this is our first supply auction.

So - we hope that some of you knitters or crocheters or weavers out there will know just how to use this...

It is an unopened pack of Sirdar "Calypso" cotton, in a mid-tone lovely warm glowing terracotta colour. It is 100% cotton, machine washable at 40'.

The weight is double knitting - with recommended needle size of 4 mm - 8 (UK), 6 (US).

There are 10 balls here of 50g each, all the same dye-lot. Its a yarn which will be fairly soft but strong.

The original price of this pack when bought was about $30 - we'd like to begin the auction at $16.00 please.

Postage would be: UK - $4.10; Europe - $6.40; Worldwide outside Europe - $12.00 airmail, $6.20 surface mail.

The auction begins at 09.00 am on Friday 9th October and will end on 09.00 am on Monday 19th October, New York time. The highest bid before that time will win.
