Retro fabric bag - op art - SOLD

This is a retro-style bag, made by hand - a car boot sale (= yard sale) find, so we don't know who made it.

Its been made from vintage fabric, in an op-art style, probably 1960's or 1970's.

The fabric is gathered onto a pair of circular handles - very nice quality plastic with a marbled pattern effect.

The bag is in great condition - good as new - and its fully lined and machine washable.

Dimensions - the bottom edge of the bag is about 21.5 inches/54.5cm wide, the measurement from the top edge of the fabric down to the bottom is about 13.5 inches/34cm, and the diameter of the handles is 6.5inches / 16.5cm.

Its fairly spacious - certainly enough room for a day out - a medium bottle of water, book, purse, keys, phone... camera (small) etc..... What would your "etc" be?
