Handspun hand-dyed yarn - indigo SOLD

As well as sending Alfred to made4aid, Woo has also sent this beautiful handspun hand-dyed yarn.

This is 100% alpaca, beautifully silky soft and with a slight sheen to it. Alpaca is warmer than wool, but is also quite light. Its just gorgeous luxurious stuff and as a spinner as well as a knitter myself, I have to say this is beautifully spun.

The yarn is dyed in lovely shades of indigo-type blue, with just a little bluey-green here and there.

It is about a 4-ply weight, and this hank of yarn is 50grammes in weight.

The auction begins at 9pm on Monday March 15th and will end at 9pm Sunday March 21st , New York time. The highest bidder at that time will win.

Bids start at $7 please.

Postage would be: UK - free; Europe - $1.80 airmail; Worldwide outside Europe - $ airmail; $2.50.
